…For the Whole World to See

deathprotopunk

In 1976 the band called Death recorded a bunch of song meant for an LP for Groovesville/Columbia. The label insisted that the band should change name before the record was completed. That didn’t happen and the band got dropped. The band bootleged themselves with the seven track advanced master Columbia sent them and printed a run of 500 seven inches, which is impossible to find today.

In february 2009 Drag City brought this hidden forgotten treasure entitled … For The Whole World To See to life again. Thanks for that. This band was truly amazing.
